Do I need specific fragrances?

Not at all. You can fill your bottle with any perfume or eau de toilette you already own.

What's the difference between a starter set, a charm, and a refill?

The starter set is the complete entry point: charm, bottle, and transfer cap in one — you fill it yourself with a perfume of your choice. An extra charm lets you carry more colors without buying a whole new set. And a refill bottle tops up your existing bottle once it runs out.

What is a bundle?

A bundle combines several sets, charms, or refill bottles at one fixed, discounted price. You choose the colors and combinations within the bundle yourself — the price stays the same, whatever scents you pick.

How do I choose my products within a bundle?

On the bundle page, you'll see a selection of colors/scents to click through for each slot in the set. Once you've made a choice for every slot, you can add the bundle to your cart as usual.

Can I upgrade to a bigger bundle later?

For some bundles, we show you a bigger bundle with more choice right on the page — your selection carries over automatically, so you don't have to start over.

How do I fill my bottle?

Your set comes with a transfer cap: just use it to pour your favorite perfume or eau de toilette into your bottle. The bottle can be refilled for continued use — take your time and go slowly so nothing spills.

Is smellawear reusable?

Yes – smellawear is designed to be sustainable and reusable. You can use your different fragrance testers as often as you like or replace the perfume-tester insert when needed.

What do I do if my spray head isn't working properly?

That can happen. Just reach out to support@smellawear.com or through our contact form — we'll take a look and find a solution.

Does the charm fit any keychain or bag?

The charm has a small loop for attaching it — with a keyring (not included in the set), you can attach it to your keys, bag, or backpack.

Is smellawear suitable for people with allergies?

The bottle itself doesn't come with a fixed scent — you fill it with whatever perfume or eau de toilette you choose. So whether it agrees with you depends on the scent you use, not on smellawear itself. If you have known fragrance allergies, we recommend testing carefully, as you would with any perfume.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
